Barbell club update! We are beginning our new 12 week cycle of barbell club this coming week. We are changing things up a little bit. We will be starting our Monday and Wednesday classes at 6:30 pm for this cycle. We have seen outstanding results in the last two cycles. To continue to challenge these athletes, we have also made changes to the programing and coaching Rotations. Coach Stew Peters will coach clean and jerk on Monday nights, Coach John Jarman will coach the snatch and ohs on Wednesday nights and coach John Nealey will coach the dead lift, bench press and squat on Saturday mornings.
